Jan M. Smith

An Introduction


Jan M. Smith is a Clinical Social Worker who received her master's degree in 1978 and has practiced in inpatient, outpatient and private settings since then. Drawn to alternative and complementary healing techniques she trained as a Reiki practitioner in 1990 and after 3 years of study and travel became initiated as a Traditional Teaching Usui Reiki Master in 1993.

Over the years she has attended many additional trainings/certifications and offers services in the following areas: psycho-spiritual counseling, intuitive consultations, Reiki treatments and classes, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Guided Imagery, and workshops in personal development.

A gifted intuitive she utilizes her own life experiences in assessing and selecting those approaches which are best suited to individual needs. Jan believes that we have the answers to life's challenges within; she offers her insight, compassion and skill to guide us to those answers - helping people to manifest their dreams and live their best life.
